Personal resilience

For one week, 13 Catalans and 13 Belgians participated in an exchange in Lokeren (Belgium), promoted by Erasmus+. Together, we worked around the theme of personal resilience and now it is our time to share what we have done and learned through this exchange.

Poetry

Resilience is not about non-stop going on untill everything is done.


It is about knowing where you limits are and at the same time trying to improve yourself step-by-step.


It is about speaking up when you are powering up and to have the courage to be quiet when you feel weak and to just go a little earlier to sleep.

It is not wrong to go on but it is also okay to be quiet because it’s about
feeling the place where you are being in.


You can not always shine so sometimes you have to take time.

But always remember: it’s gonna get better.
